The fundamental factor in determining the success of virtually every dog is it's genetic background. Tahari is dedicated to raising the finest Rhodesian Ridgebacks and Pointers in the hobby. The bloodlines of every sire and dam are carefully researched to determine expected strengths and possible weaknesses. Before breeding, probable outcrosses are evaluated so that every puppy becomes the product of a carefully thought out selection process. As a result of a nurturing environment and daily evaluation, Tahari's dogs are endowed with the essential building blocks in mind and body for superior pets and world class show dogs.

Tahari Kennels are owned by Frank and Judy DePaulo who handle all the feeding, conditioning, showing and breeding. Tahari limits the number of litters a year, as our concern is with proper care, development and placement of our puppies. We encourage a personal visit to the kennel to inspect our dogs and facility.
